Certification

With the OEKO-TEX® seal, the Hohenstein Institute certifies that all components of the Julius Zöllner mattress have been tested for harmful substances and comply with product class 1 for baby products in accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. Product class 1 for baby products is the strictest of a total of 4 product classes in the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

Flow Original mattress core

The Flow Original mattress core consists of high-quality cold foam with 120 point-elastic foam cubes that yield individually under load. This provides the body with perfect support. The snug lying surface made of air-permeable Flow Mesh fabric promotes ventilation and guarantees a pleasant and healthy sleeping environment. Height: approx. 10 cm

Baby Fresh & Dry Plus functional cover

The separable and removable cover made of functional fabric with TENCEL® fiber (37% Lyocell, 63% polyester) is gentle on the skin and particularly breathable. The material offers protection against moisture and dries particularly quickly. The cover can be removed in two parts. While one part remains on the mattress, the second part can be cleaned. It can be washed in the washing machine at up to 60°C.

All Julius Zöllner mattresses are handmade in Germany in accordance with DIN 16890 and are free from harmful substances in accordance with Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
