SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping options may vary depending on the address, time of order and availability of items. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and the cost of your order. All deliveries can be tracked using the tracking number sent with the shipping confirmation.

Delivery takes place within 5 - 7 working days. The period begins with the completion of the order. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day shall take its place. All prices are inclusive of VAT plus shipping costs.

RETURN

If you wish to return an item purchased on Julius-zoellner.de, you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return your order free of charge.

Please note that the items must be received by us within this period. The items must be in unused condition and all labels must be present.

In order to receive a refund, it is necessary to send a return request to our customer service at [email protected] . You will then receive a return label with which you can return your order.
